You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. This applies to all standard orders, including clearance, sale, and Buy 1, Get 1 Free purchases, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Personalised, custom-engraved, custom-sized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
